Shell plc has announced the repurchase of shares on May 2, 2024, as part of its ongoing buy-back program, with the transactions conducted across multiple trading venues in both GBP and EUR. The buy-backs are executed within pre-set parameters, following the regulatory guidelines of the Listing Rules and Market Abuse Regulation. BNP PARIBAS Financial Markets SNC is independently managing the trading decisions for the duration of the program.
