HSBC Holdings plc has announced the grant of conditional awards for a total of 1,400,210 ordinary shares, under the HSBC Share Plan 2011 to directors, employees, and former employees. The awards, which include immediate vesting shares subject to a retention period, aim to align with regulatory requirements and certain strategic projects. No performance conditions are attached to the director’s Fixed Pay Awards, and there are no arrangements for financial assistance to the grantees from the company.
