Enquest plc (GB:ENQ) has released an update.
EnQuest PLC has reported that it bought back 443,697 of its own shares on May 3, 2024, at an average price of 16.15 GBp per share, through its share repurchase program with Merrill Lynch. The shares will be held in Treasury, with the first 25 million earmarked for the Company’s Employee Benefit Trust, and any additional shares to be cancelled. After this purchase, the company’s total voting rights number 1,914,895,791.
