CDT Environmental Technology Investment Holdings Limited, a Cayman Islands-based firm, is set to sell 1.5 million shares at $4.00 each to underwriters led by WestPark Capital, Inc. The agreement also includes an over-allotment option for an additional 225,000 shares. The deal includes customary commissions and expenses, with special warrants issued to the representative underwriters.
