BofA analyst Robert Ford Aguilar upgraded Sendas Distribuidora to Buy from Neutral with a price target of R$20, up from R$16. Sendas shares are trading 35% below its January high and at a valuation the firm considers “compelling,” says the analyst, who also sees a secular opportunity with its superior value propositions relative to traditional supermarkets and under-scaled atacarejo operators.
