Omnicom upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Barclays

Barclays upgraded Omnicom to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of $110, up from $100. The firm says Omnicom shares are “too cheap” for the growth offered by the company. Execution has improved in 2023 and 2024 and management “needs to market themselves better but the building blocks are there,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm highlights Omnicom’s strong organic growth, acquisitions now being a tailwind, solid margins, good cash flow and buybacks.
