Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on C3.ai to $21 from $20 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. Revenue accelerated for the fourth quarter in a row and government was “a key area of strength” with federal revenue up 100%-plus. However, with revenue growth still projected to come in below 20%, the valuation “does not yet look attractive,” the analyst tells investors.
