AutoNation initiated with an Outperform, $185 price target at Evercore ISI

As previously reported, Evercore ISI initiated coverage of AutoNation with an Outperform rating and $185 price target. AutoNation is one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States, notes the analyst, who thinks solid earnings should continue with 5%-plus organic EPS growth. The company, which is continuing to return significant capital to shareholders, could buyback greater than 75% of current stock with free cash flow through end of decade, the analyst tells investors.
