Whitbread plc (GB:WTB) has released an update.
Whitbread PLC has announced the buyback of 67,895 of its ordinary shares on the 9th of May 2024, with intentions to cancel the acquired shares. Since the end of April, the company has purchased a total of 559,390 shares, costing over £17 million. Post-transaction, Whitbread’s total number of voting rights has been adjusted to 183,961,730.
