Turnium Technology Group Inc. has secured C$300,000 in loans with a 14% interest rate and a six-month maturity, alongside issuing 3,000,000 share purchase warrants to lenders with a C$0.10 exercise price and a 12-month period. These warrants have a built-in acceleration clause, with 250,000 being issued to an insider, following regulatory exemptions. Additionally, the company reported the expiration of some warrants and highlighted its proprietary, cost-effective SD-WAN solution for uninterrupted internet connectivity.
