TP ICAP Group PLC has announced the buyback of 70,000 shares to be held in treasury, with transaction prices ranging from 210.0 to 212.5 pence per share, reflecting a volume-weighted average price of 210.6 pence. This buyback leaves the company with 795,390,932 issued shares, of which 22,067,485 are held in treasury, affecting the total voting rights available to shareholders.
