Seven Group Holdings Limited (SGH) has increased its stake in Boral to 79.18%, following additional acceptances of their offer and relevant interest holdings. Shareholders who previously agreed to the Acceptance Facility must now formally accept SGH’s offer. SGH’s diverse portfolio includes industrial services, energy, and media, with significant interests in companies like WesTrac, Coates, and Seven West Media.
