Seven Group Holdings Limited has announced a change in director Ryan Stokes AO’s interests, following an off-market takeover bid for Boral Limited by a Seven Group subsidiary. As a result of accepting the takeover offer, Stokes now holds an additional 112 Seven Group shares and has disposed of his 1,000 Boral shares, leading to a slight increase in his direct interest in Seven Group.
