Reckitt (GB:RKT) has released an update.
Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 154,140 of its own ordinary shares, a transaction executed by Morgan Stanley & Co International plc as per shareholder authorization from the previous year’s Annual General Meeting. These shares, bought at prices ranging from 4,468.00 to 4,543.00 pence per share, will now be held in treasury, leaving the company with 705,553,369 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
