Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 217,764 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between 4,111.00 pence and 4,160.00 pence per share, with the shares to be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s total voting rights stand at 706,099,125. The repurchase, conducted through Morgan Stanley, aligns with the authority granted by shareholders at the last AGM.
