Kingfisher plc (GB:KGF) has released an update.
Kingfisher plc has advanced its share repurchase program by buying back 198,774 of its ordinary shares on April 29, 2024, for cancellation, at prices ranging from £2.4750 to £2.4940 per share. This latest transaction is part of a larger £300 million buyback initiative announced previously on September 19, 2023. In total, the company has now reacquired over 27 million shares under the program’s two tranches.
