Crimson Tide PLC has announced significant changes to its Board with the appointment of Phil Meyers as CEO and James Joyce as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Meyers brings a wealth of experience from global tech companies, while Joyce has extensive expertise in corporate finance and the AIM market. Additionally, former CEO Jacqueline Daniell will transition to the role of Non-Executive Deputy Chair to focus on marketing, growth, and investor relations.
