The repurchased shares are to be held in treasury for employee incentive schemes or potential cancellation, with the total number of voting rights in the company now standing at 365,426,531. The buyback is part of Coca-Cola HBC’s commitment to delivering value to its shareholders and supporting the long-term growth of the company.
