Barclays plc (GB:BARC) has released an update.
Barclays PLC has announced that Alistair Currie, the Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive of Barclays Execution Services, has sold 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of £2.035 per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and was conducted on April 25, 2024. This marks an initial notification of a managerial transaction within the company.
