Barclays Capital Securities Ltd, a Barclays PLC entity, has disclosed its trading activities and positions in connection with the Irish Residential Properties REIT PLC takeover. On April 24, 2024, they reported holding a combined total interest and short positions of 0.92% each in the company. The disclosure included details of purchases and sales of securities, as well as cash-settled and stock-settled derivatives, but indicated no indemnity or dealing arrangements or agreements related to the securities.
