Ball Corporation has finalized an agreement to sell its aerospace division to BAE Systems, with all necessary regulatory approvals in place as of February 13, 2024. The sale is anticipated to be completed soon, contingent upon customary closing conditions. This development was publicly announced by Ball through a press release on February 14, 2024.
