Abrdn Asia-Pacific Income Fund VCC (TSE:FAP) has released an update.
Abrdn Asia-Pacific Income Fund VCC announced the election of four directors at its Annual General Meeting, with Radhika Ajmera and William J. Braithwaite receiving overwhelming support, while Pruksa Iamthongthong and Henny Muliany faced a majority of votes withheld. Despite the majority voting policy requiring Iamthongthong and Muliany to tender resignations, the board has decided to retain them to comply with Singapore law. The fund also acknowledged the resignation of prior directors Malone and Smith, commending their contributions to the company.
